NICK LEWIN

Mr. Lewin founded CPH in 2006 and has over 15 years of experience as a private investor in both public and private markets. He has invested in special situations and in companies with innovative technologies and robust intellectual property across multiple industries and throughout the capital structure.
He currently serves as a Chairman of Board of Establishment Labs, a publicly traded medical device and aesthetics company and board member of Halo Maritime Defense Systems, a provider of maritime security. Mr. Lewin graduated from John Hopkins University with a B.A. in Political Science.
SCOTT COHEN

Mr. Cohen has over 25 years of professional investment experience, including public and private debt and equity, and has recently joined CPH to launch the Fund.
Previously at Silver Rock Financial, the Milken family office, joining in February 2012, he managed a portfolio of debt and equity investments across several industry verticals including telecom, cable, chemicals, industrials, electronics, and metals. From April 1998 to December 2011, Mr. Cohen was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Cerberus Capital Management. Mr. Cohen graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and Community Health.

Mr. Mazur joined CPH in 2021 having spent 1.5 years as Head of syndicate for J.P Morgan’s Private Capital Market’s business for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Previously, he was the COO of ADW Capital Management, an SEC registered long biased public equity investment partnership. He began his career at Phoenician Capital, a global public equity investment firm as the Head of business development and Director of Operations Mr. Mazur graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Anthropology.
